At HCFC FOODS, we are committed to delivering high-quality, traditionally prepared food products. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on https://hcfcfoods.com.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns may be considered under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective or unfit for consumption
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in approved cases such as:
- Damaged product during delivery
- Incorrect product shipped
- Verified quality issues
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer after collecting account details
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
- Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
